API Terms of Use

By accessing or using the MindSwap API, you agree to these API Terms of Use (the "API Terms"). By installing, downloading, copying, or otherwise using the MindSwap API, you accept the Terms below.
These API Terms form an Agreement between you (the individual or entity you represent, referred to as "you", "your", "Partner", or "API User") and MindSwap ("we", "us"). They govern use of the public MindSwap API ("MindSwap API", "our API"). If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity. If you do not have such authority or do not agree to this Agreement, you may not use the MindSwap API. This Agreement is effective on the first date you use the MindSwap API.

- API documentation describing methods, parameters, example requests, and responses.
- SDKs (Software Development Kits) with libraries, tools, and samples for easier integration.
- Authentication and authorization tools for managing API security, including access tokens and keys.

3. Licensed Use of the MindSwap API
- Use the API only to develop, operate, and distribute the services you provide.
- Limit disclosure of API Credentials to personnel who need access and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
- Do not modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works of the API, data, or services except where prohibited by applicable law.
- Do not access our API or documentation to copy MindSwap or compete with it.
- Do not infringe MindSwap or third-party intellectual property; if you believe your Service infringes, you must notify us immediately.
4. Other Rights and Limitations
- Developing or distributing a Service that facilitates criminal, fraudulent, or illegal activity.
- Selling, renting, leasing, reselling, assigning, or sublicensing rights granted under these API Terms to any third party.
- Using the API for a Service that constitutes, promotes, or is used in connection with spyware, adware, or other malicious code.
- Using the API for purposes other than providing clients access to the Partner Service.
- Disrupting or circumventing our technical processes or security measures, or testing vulnerabilities in our systems.
- Implementing features or business practices that harm MindSwap's reputation, relationships, or professional ecosystem.
- Using techniques to hide or distort information that identifies your activity or Service when requesting permission to use the API.
