MindSwap is non-custodial, which means we never hold your funds or your private keys. Wallet routes are executed with your own wallet signature, and private routes simply give you a deposit address while the provider carries out the swap. Every route card tells you exactly what kind of execution it uses before you confirm, and you can follow each order from start to finish.

No. You can swap without creating an account, sharing an email or completing KYC. Choose a private route and you only enter a destination address, with no wallet connection required. If you prefer on-chain routes, you connect a wallet purely to sign the transaction. Each route is clearly labeled, so you always know what a route needs before you select it.

Every quote you see comes directly from a provider, whether that is a DEX, a bridge or a swap service. We compare them in real time and rank them under the Best tab by the amount you actually receive, refreshing quotes regularly so the numbers stay current. If speed matters more than output, the Fastest tab reorders the same routes by estimated delivery time.

The rate you see is the rate you get. Our service fee is already included in every quote, so the expected output shown on a route card is the amount that should arrive in your wallet. The only extra cost is the usual network fee for on-chain transactions, and some routes can even sponsor the gas for you.

It depends on the route. Swaps on a single chain usually settle within a few minutes. Cross-chain swaps typically take 5 to 30 minutes because each network involved needs its own confirmations. Every route card shows an estimated time before you choose it, so you know what to expect upfront.

Open your order page to see exactly where the transaction is, since every order has live status tracking. Most delays are caused by network congestion and resolve on their own. If a route cannot complete, the funds are returned to your wallet or refund address. And if anything looks stuck, our support team is available around the clock and can follow up with the provider for you.
